Character Profile: Connie Moliere-Valmore

Connie, one of the younger members of her family, has three brothers and three sisters. She is petite and very reserved. Everyone adores her.

She has dark hair that is almost black, worn short and loosely curled. She enjoys wearing berets, occasionally wearing slacks. She's crazy about opera, especially Puccini and Bizet. Gigli's "Vesti la Giubba" is her prized phonograph record.

Connie Moliere-Valmore: The War Years

At the start of the French Occupation, the Moliere-Valmores join the French Underground. They work with a sabotage unit. They also run an escape route for downed pilots who are trapped behind German lines.

In June 1944, Connie's entire family takes part in the Normandy Campaign. Several are wounded, but all survive.
